The Oread Collective is a queer- and women-led intersectional social justice association. We seek to build a strong, resilient community capable of resisting the rise of fascism and pushing social change.

Welcome to the fourth edition of our block party celebrating veganism: The Future Is Vegan.

We’re making this party – the last party of the summer – public for the first time. Bring your friends!

If you are comfortable speaking with strangers, you can share our passion for the cause and the food, common misconceptions, and what veganism means for us day-to-day.

We want to keep the same elements of previous editions; good vibes, good music from vegan artists, and to share our favourite foods!

We do not belittle non-vegans for their lifestyle choices, nor do we use divisive and antagonising language or behaviour; negative energy is unwelcome at our events. Our objective is not to divide people by pointing out their part in animal oppression, but to unite people around common interests and shared values. See our list of conversation starters.
